Barielle: Gentle Breeze Collection Swatches & Review

Hi guys! I have another catch up post for you today. This is the first of 3 Spring collections Barielle has released this year. I'm really liking this collection because it has a couple of the basic Spring colors you would expect but it also has a few that are a little out of the ordinary for Spring. So let's take a look at what we have.

Gray Sky: described as a "Glacier Gray"
Shown here as 3 coats topped with Seche Vite.
This isn't just an ordinary gray, the subtle hint of shimmer really makes this a beauty. This is one of the shades that you may think doesn't go well in a "Spring" collection but I think it works perfectly because most of the spring the skies are gray and gloomy to give us those pretty blooming colors. It has a thinner formula but gave great coverage in 3 coats with no issues.

Champagne Bubbles: described as a shade of tangerine.
Shown here as 3 coats topped with Seche Vite.
This is an interesting shade, it's kind of an orange but more of a toffee beige with orange undertones. I really wasn't sure that I would like this color, I thought it would look weird against my skin tone. However, once it was applied I found that I liked it a lot. The formula for this one was on the thinner side compared to the others but the extra coat made it opaque without making it feel too thick on the nail.

Heaven Sent: described as an aquamarine.
Shown here as 2 coats topped with SecheVite,
This lovely cream is exactly what you would picture for a Spring collection. It reminds me of a beautiful clear blue sky. Excellent formula, no issues to report.

Pink Parasol: described as strawberry ice.
Shown here as 2 coats topped with Seche Vite.
This beautiful creme pink is the other shade that you would expect in a Spring collection. I love pinks and this is a lovely shade, it's not very unique but if you are looking for a great creme pink I'd recommend it. Again, the formula is excellent and there were no issues to report.

Under the Sea: described as a scuba blue.
Shown here as 2 coats topped with Seche Vite.
The last of the collection and another unexpected shade for a spring collection. It's much darker than you would expect for this time of year but it really works. It is aptly named since it does remind me of deep sea, especially with the gorgeous shimmer. Like the rest, the formula is perfect.

Overall I like this collection, I'm especially fond of Under the Sea. Which is your favorite?
