Polish Addict Review: Spiced Cocoa, Mint Chocolate Chip Mocha & Lavender Rain Cuticle Oil

Hi everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday. I am sorry for my lack of posting, with Christmas and some other unforeseen things that have come up it's been a little hard to get things posted like I normally do. This week will again be a crazy week for me, I am trying to get a few things done for you all, but I can't promise anything since there are some things that happened yesterday that take priority over nails. In the mean time I have managed to get some swatching done and today I have some polishes and a cuticle oil from Polish Addict, so lets get to the review!

Spiced Cocoa: A red/brown shimmer

All photos of Spiced Cocoa are shown as 2 coats topped with 1 coat Mega Shine.

This is a beautiful color! I was so pleased with how shimmery it is and yet doesn't show a lot of brush strokes like lots of shimmers do. It was perfectly opaque in 2 coats and applied smoothly. The formula is very nice, not too thick not too thin, hardly any clean up was required.

Mint Chocolate Chip Mocha: "A light mint green shimmery jelly base with mint matte hexes, cinnamon and brown hex glitters." (There are holo glitters!)

All photos are shown as 2 coats of Mint Chocolate Chip Mocha over Essie Miss Fancy Pants topped with 1 coat of Mega Shine.

I'm kind of in love with this! I have nothing like this in my collection. I was sold on the mint hexes alone, but the combo of that with the browns and in the shimmery base...AMAZING! The glitters come out of the bottle so easily and flow right off the brush on to the nail with ease. Undies are recommended since this is a sheer polish. I really liked the khaki color but I'm sure it would look good over a darker color as well!

Organic Cuticle Oil: Lavender Rain

I wasn't expecting cuticle oil when I received my review package. I have to say I'm not a fan of lavender scented things, so I was expecting that I wouldn't like this a whole lot. I was surprised to find I really like it, the lavender is not overpowering since there is a fresh scent to it as well. I am a huge fan of oil vs any other way of moisturizing my cuticles and this is a nice one! I love the smell and feel. Proper moisturizing leads to healthy nails, I use an oil everyday, usually after every mani and before bed. There are 6 different scents including Lavender Rain and all of the ingredients are listed on Laura's shop listing.
